My mobile app worked just fine for nearly a year and it randomly stopped connecting to my Pentair Easytouch. May 24, 2023 · We are only adjusting the heat on the app and we have the heater (Raypak Model 406A) set to stay at 104 degrees. What we’ve noticed is that the pentair system is responding to the app commands as when we go to turn the heat setting on we can here the pump running.

After changing this, the Screenlogic started working again. So much for it clearing out its old settings and picking up a new ip address which is what the Pentair tech said should happen. Screen Logic configuration wants to set Default Gateway and DNS Server to 192.168.10.1, which will not allow remote access. I set these to 192.168.0.1 and it still does not work for remote log in.
