Then click on Manage and Enter and it indicates the account does not exist. We have also manually typed in the email into multiple MS account services and same thing. It does not even get to the password screen.The PC Microsoft account apparently doesn't realize the account is removed online. Do you know how it was removed? This doesn't just happen, it takes a process to delete it. Does it show the exact same email address at Settings > Accounts > Your Info? How about if you click the link there to Manage My Microsoft Account, where does it go?.
